Are there any apps that give a definitive cause to this error code? It sounds like it covers multiple potential causes but you still need to check the components one by one. In this example, ‘08 with half a tank of gas, 190K miles, one year old refurb HV battery, driving along and the engine cuts out and the check engine light came on. Starts back up and seems ok, drove to Autozone to get it scanned and the P3190 shows up. I’ve searched and it I can’t find a solution. Thanks for any help.
