I have the code P219A for a air fuel ratio sensor. Mileage is at 152k, changed spark plugs and cylinder 1 coil park, atf change and coolant change.

Do you think its the sensor that is going out or the egr and intake needs to be clean or both?

    Thank you

I would check both, but verifying the EGR isn’t plugged and checking for signs of a head gasket failure trumps the intake for right now.

The air fuel ratio sensor was pretty expensive about $150, so I decided to check out the egr and intake first. Remove and found out it was clogged. Cleaned the tube and manifold and now drives better and check engine light is gone. Looks like clogged intake and egr will cause the air fuel ratio sensor engine code to come on.
