Gen 2, 560,000km I cleared the code and it didn't come back. Dr. Prius said the the pack was good but had an imbalance in cell block 10. Took the pack out and cell block 10 seemed fine so I cleaned the busbars and the posts of the subpacks. The busbar band on the sensor side seemed rough and I had a spare so I decided to swap it out. I found burn marks on the connector and at the computer (see pictures), so I swapped them both out. I presume the cause was moisture. The third picture was taken when pulling the pack. You can see condensation on the body. The car had been sitting over the winter and the owner hadn't kept the snow brushed off the roof. I am top-charging the pack now but I think I solved it. I will post again if it didn't get fixed.
