Yes your battery is going bad. If this is your first occurrence, you have a little bit of time usually, but don't count on it. The car has let you know that something is seriously wrong. Ignoring it only makes it worse. You in the GTA? "Canada" is rather vague for a location.

Your module voltage seems perfectly fine to me. Your pack is around 227v charged which is normal and no modules seem out of place. Did you open the pack prior to the error? If so make sure the orange service plug is properly locked. Are you aware of any water damage to any components? According to Toyota Canada, you have an 8 year /160000km (or 100k miles) warranty on the hybrid component. New Vehicle Warranty and Coverage - Toyota Canada I would take it to the dealer first and have them check it out. I don't see any reason why you are not covered by the warranty.
Indeed! That's why I try to say "lower 48". Although Alaska and Hawaii are generally cheaper than anywhere across an international border .
