Hi everybody - I have had this Prius for about 3 years. It is 2005 produce, 114k mileage.

It has shown warning sign a few days, after reading the via Bluetooth reader the problem was identified as p0a80. I have cleared it. I did not try doing freeze frame data report.

Yesterday error appeared again. So I made an AC test (neutral gear, full cold air) and notices block 11 is giving lower voltage than others. As I am relatively new, a few questions:

Is this is the end of hybrid battery, so it needs to be replaced? Or some other checks are recommended to be sure? I was not able to read frame data - see screenshot. What may be a reason?

What are the best short term options - say for the next 6m/10k? I see some "reconditioning" offers online - what does it mean?

    Thank you!

The traction battery is 13 years old and will need to be replaced. A short term solution could be to replace the two modules constituting block 11 and the longevity of that solution depends upon how well the two replacement modules are matched to the other 26.

Great. Thanks. I found local garage who will be able to replace whole HV battery pack with another reconditioned for £450. They guarantee me 12 month.

I am thinking of this solution, as 1 year is long enough solution for me
