Has anyone had this error code and know how to resolve it? Is this a battery issue? Converter?

    Thanks

    Hello Van, welcome to PC.
I have no experience of this code, but I would think the first place to check is the 5 amp fuse at the 12 volt battery terminal block (covered by the red plastic shield). Also check the small white wire with connector is plugged into the connector block, and that the wire is not damaged. This wire, and fuse feeds the 12 volt battery charge level information to the DC/DC converter.

I do not believe P0A11 is a valid Prius DTC. P0A10 would point to a failed DC/DC converter within the inverter.

I'd want a bit more background.
How did they confirm this code?
    What are the current symptoms?

What were the conditions and symptoms prior to this?

POA1's are all Hybrid Powertrain Control Module nags.

Was the car in a front end collision?
