Orlando/Central Florida, anyone?

    I know there was a lunch back in March or so, but I've been spotting a lot more of us running around town lately. (Saw two classics yesterday - that's more classics than I usually see in a week!) Anyone interested in having a Central Florida gathering?

    I'm down here in St. Petersburg, have only seen 3 other prii. if you get some other people i don't mind taking a short roadtrip.

    The first day I've been in Santa Fe for break, I saw more Prii than in 5 months in Daytona Beach! I would love to meet up with some Prius folks. Count me in. :)

    Orlando here, would love to get together with a group of owners.
    Yes it is still a rare sight to see another Prius on the streets of central
    Florida.

    Count me in from Melbourne. I just met a couple this morning at MacDonalds who have had their '05 for 3 weeks. I introduced them to PriusChat and hopefully they will be "up" soon. They said that they are eager to meet for breakfast or lunch with other owners in the area. Pick a time and a place and we will come!

    Before the topic gets cold again....
    While we are at it, how about we start a local club on the website. Does anyone know how to go about doing this? I emailed Danny a few times but I didn't get a response.
    As far as a meet up, how does the weekend of the 15th and the 16th sound somewhere in the Orlando area?

    Went to see how you set up a local club. Looks like you will
    have to have Danny's help to do that. With the holidays, and all the
    problems the site has been having I'm sure he will get back to you soon
    on setting up the Central Florida owners forum. As for me, any weekend
    is good.

    When Danny gets back, I'll ask him about a central Florida club; this will be really exciting if we can start having regular meetings through the club... How about the 22nd of January somewhere in the Orlando area? I'm new to the area, so if anyone has a suggestion for a good place to meet, I'm all ears...

    It appears some people may have forgot about a possible Prius gathering or are a little too busy...
    I am still wondering if anyone is interested in meeting up next weekend in the Orlando area; Daytona or Melbourne works for me too
