I am installing a strobe warning light kit in a 2017 Prius v Two(lowercase v for the Prius v wagon because only 2010 Prius used uppercase Roman numerals for model designation and two not II for your model because of the aforementioned) I want to utilize the unused switch locations on the left side of the dash for an on/off/selector switch. Does anyone know what OEM switches go there on the higher than Two not II level Prius v (lowercase v for the Prius v wagon because only 2010 Prius used uppercase Roman numerals for model designation). I would like to use OEM switches that fit the blanking panel holes, these would be for simple on/off switching, preferably lighted dot? Recommendations appreciated! :)

In a kit that included Daylight Running Lights that had a Toyota part number there was an on/off press to change state switch installed by the dealer into my car ('12 v Three). It has a small green light that lights up when the DRLs are on. I'd think that would work for what you describe and it looks completely stock. I looked to see if I had documentation, couldn't find it.

That sounds exactly like what I am looking for! :-D

Do you remember if the kit had a wiring harness that attached to the back of the switch? I may just end up buying the same kit and using the harness to wire into it.

If it takes the same roughly 32 x 22 mm push switches as a Gen 3 liftback, there are a bunch of choices from Air On Board. They aren't OEM, but they fit, and you have a bunch of choices of what is engraved on them. (What doesn't seem offered is an unengraved front so you can engrave custom markings yourself, but maybe they'd sell that if asked.)

The link I supplied above is to a southern California outfit; mine didn't take long to ship at all.
