I am looking for a cheap ODB 2 scanner that will read the battery/cells in my Gen1 Prius and works with Torque Pro. Any ideas?
Google or the Search function on this forum would answer your question. Basically, buy a mini vci cable and a bootlegged copy of techstream to install on you laptop. From Ebay or Amazon for under $20. The mini vci cable provides a link between the obd and your usb port on your laptop. I use a dedicated (old) XP os on an old Dell. No updating needed because it never gets connected to the internet.
