Dashboard warning about excessive variance in module voltage. So I replaced the hybrid battery. Old modules measured between 7.9 and 8.2 volts. That seems like it may be too high. Perhaps I have a bad inverter? Prius scanner will not be here for another several days. How do I go about replacing the lowest 7.9 and 8.0 volt modules when replacement modules are only guaranteed to offer 7.75 volts? Wondering if my hybrid battery was being over charged by a defective inverter. The electric vehicle repair shop simply said they would have to replace the hybrid battery. So their insight did not prove enlightening beyond the dashboard warning.
