In the future I definitely plan on trying to hypermile with pulse glide, but in the beginning I'll just be setting my cruise control between 65-70mph (traffic dependent) for my 35 mile commute to work.

Does anyone here use the cruise control? Does it make a drastic change to mpgs?

We use cruise control in ECON mode on highway trips. Yields 45-46 mpg at GPS-indicated 65mph.

43.5 on mostly 70MPH 350 mile recent round trip with AC on 72 auto and evo mode engaged with CC where I could. Included a 30+ minute 2 mile creep with mostly battery power on while all the gas guzzlers were watching their gas gauges. I should also note I had maybe +3PSI in the tires from stock. Have since increased to 42/40.
