No sound via Bluetooth

    On my Prius C 2012 I am not able to play music from Phone via bluetooth. I connected to the car's bluetooth, bit no sound from the car's speakers, nor from phone's speakers.
    On car's display I see "Please wait" message infinitely.
    Radio works without problems.
