I just ran the build my Prius tool on the Toyota web site and the "Five" trim level was completely unavailable for my zip code. I typed in 90210 as an alternative, and it WAS available. What's up with that?
It has happened to others as well since the Gen 3 came out. Not all builds are available in all regions at all times. Try neighboring zip codes, may have to get a little away, and maybe a 5 will pop up. People have driven to other dealerships just to get the one they want.
I have family/friends in CO at zip codes 80922 and 80401 and no 5-level trims at their zips either. Try closest state?
