I Installed a new auxillary battery in my 2004 Prius

    No dash board display?

To open the trunk i jumped the car with the new battery at at that time I had a dash board display and no engine warning yellow icon

    What has happened?

Car seems to operate normally as far as I can tell

I checked the menu on the display and the new battery shows 13.4 volts

Can I reset the computer? Could that be the fix?

I installed a new auxillary battery.
Prior I jumped the car to open the hatch using the jumper box under the front hood. At thst stage I had a dash display.

Briefly I had a main battery red alert and a check engine light that stayed on.

That isnt the case now but still no dash board display?

Is it possible to reset the computer?I have been into the menu by holding the display button and turning the lights on/off 3 times. The new batteey reads 13.4 volts

Suggestions. A dealership with limited experience on a Prius is an hour away.. I'm in tje Republic of Panama
