No Bluetooth and USB Power

My 2015 Prius 3 Bluetooth and USB power stopped working. It is the stock audio head unit, #57032. The radio works, backup camera, car display, etc. Bluetooth is shown as an option but thatʻs it, and does not allow connection or show connected devices. The USB also stopped working. This happened 2 days after a visit to Toyota Service where they did a maintenance package. Iʻm not sure if it's related to a blown fuse, but I donʻt see a separate fuse just for the USB/Bluetooth, or if itʻs related to a software update. I also cannot find out how to do a hard reset on this particular head unit. Holding in the power button does nothing. I feel like it is software related since everything else works.
