Hi all.....after renting a 2013 Prius two for a 3,200 mile journey (and loving the car), I ended up buying a new Prius Four today with sunroof package. Being a technology geek...I wanted to go all out and get a car that I could enjoy for a long time to come. I'm impressed with the features and fuel efficency and look forward to a long journey with this car. Look forward to being in this forum too!
Thats great! Isn't the Prius 4 a great car? I love the jbl sound and the seats. Taken any long trips yet? I did the same...rented a prius and bought one.
I already have 900 miles on my car (I normally do apporx 16K per year anyways) and the car is fantastic. While I have not had any long trips per se, twice I sat in bad traffic for 2 hours, and was comfortable the whole time. I'm averaging 52.3 miles per gallon since I bought it. This is in mix city and hwy, and hills, traffic, etc. I'm really glad I got the Four, as it has great upgrades from the rental car, and the softtex feels great too. The suroof was so nice today on a 100 mile joy ride (in which I got 58.4 miles per gallon ). I'm really glad I went with Prius....I trust Toyota's knowledge of the very complex technology and look forward to seeing the Prius continously evolve as the years go by.
