2008 Black first tank was 45.9 mpg even in the frozen tundra. First fill-up was $17.00, much better than $40.00 plus we averaged on Lexus before. I am amazed at the technology and overall driving experience.
Welcome to PriusChat and Prius-dom! Your results are quite respectable for the tundra. That's in the ballpark of what I was getting in my first (mid-Atlantic) winter, right after I bought the car in 12/05. And before I even had an interest in squeezing the most out of her.
