New owner, question about bulb replacement.

    Well I've been a Prius C owner for about 3 weeks now. Coming from an '06 Grand Cherokee that I did some basic mods to, I would like to change out all of the interior and as many exterior bulbs as possible for LED's. I've tried looking around and can't find a site or post explaining which bulbs I should buy. Can anyone link me to, or just tell me what bulb #'s go where? Thanks in advance!
