Replaced my hid headlights with new standard lights. Of course I bought reasonable priced units $120 set. What junk totally optical nightmare. Just because it looks the same as the others....worthless, you can't even adjust them in the ballpark.
Need to buy new ones Again
Any recommendations on brand other than Toyota?

did you replace the entire headlight unit or just the bulbs?

Lights shouldn't be much of a problem if you do alot of city driving at night. Its really a problem on highways or places without much street light.

Wait a minute most of the aftermarket TCLs and other body shop company models that they buy I have two or three different sets on two or three different cars here and all of them have the adjustments they move the tray inside the housing up and down I do know when I put LED bulbs in I have to make like 9/2 turns down until the cutoff shows and then you line that up on your proper height on your garage door or whatever it is you're doing. So I'm not sure what's happening I mean I guess you could get a crap set but that's interesting I'm talking the ones I've been buying are in the same price range maybe even some a little less had no adjustment trouble so far and I'm running LED h4s and all of them except for the generation 3 h8 and H11.

DEPO replacements have been okay for a few other cars; haven't tried their Prius-fit parts yet. Closer to $120 each side for most models.

Wait, so you haven't seen the pattern with real bulbs in it yet?

Lots of aftermarket LEDs give garbage patterns when they're installed in (unmodified) buckets meant for halogens.
