    Japan's hydrogen plans are way behind schedule as predicted. These companies want more tax payer (japanese in this case) money to get it further along. The old goal seemed to be the 2020 olympics. The new goal appears to be end of 2027 - in "only ten years" from when the goal was revised. I think this means 240 hydrogen fueling stations in japan by 2028. They cost about $4M each in japan. I'm sure there is an industry/government group trying to change regulations and bring costs down.

    I assume they're going H2 because their electric setup isn't ideal for EVs (low voltage and amperage). Would it cost the same or less to upgrade their electric outlets to 110/120 or even 220/240V?

    Was driving behind a Mirai this morning. It's very annoying to be getting splashed with a spray of water constantly. It comes out under the car hits the road and then splashes up in a mist.
