New 2005 Blue Package #6 on the lot

    The dealer I bought my Prius from called and wanted me to know that he had a new 2005 Blue Packag #6 Prius on the lot. Buyer backed out. Albany Georgia Toyota.

    I have no connection or interest to the dealership or the salesman.

    I have seen a lot of threads of people waiting for a Prius and thought I would let you know.

    I guess by now most people are waiting for the 2006.

    For those of you in the Portland Oregon metro area interested in a new RED 2005 Prius with package #6, I had a similar call from Thomason Toyota late yesterday (Friday 11/4/05) to say that they have one on the lot "that nobody wants right now". If you are intererested, I would give them a call immediately.

    I did not ask for the price, but Thomason apparently needs to have their arm twisted in order to get them down to MSRP (based on earlier posts on this site).

    I have no connection to Thomason - just hope someone on this site who cannot wait until 2006 can make use of this information.
