So I just picked this up yesterday from the dealership: 3rd gen solar power package with 125k miles. They had to repair (I think) the control arm and do some touch ups but neither power outlet appears to work. I've tried two different plug ins and neither is working despite working in other cars. The USB still works but that's not the best for charging as you may know. Could it be that the fuses are out or should I contact the dealer?

1st check should be the fuses. My wife's '08 went out about 2 years ago when she was working for the post office. One of the the strobes she used that had a short and blew the fuse. Changed it and to problems since.

    congrats!
check your o/m for fuse locations. the are some by the drivers left foot, and some under the hood in the left fender area.
also, you have the car on, correct?
