Need to find a link vis-vis unintended accelerator "problem"

    During the big brouhaha on the unintended acceleration "problem", there was a report that Toyota had found defective accelerator components from a US sourced supplier while the same component from a Japan source did not have the problem.

    I'm trying to find a link to that report or to it's source.
