I am trying to document all the work done on my Prius, and there is one part that was replaced that I cannot recall what it is. The picture attached is the part I wanted to write down. Don't judge: I when to school for ecology--cars are not my expertise haha.
Your service writer did not bring the issue to your attention before the part was replaced? They sort of need your approval before proceeding with any repairs or replacements. And then upon repair did they not fully explain to your satisfaction what the problem was and how they fixed it? Must not have been Toyota service.
