Pavley has authored which calls on the President and Congress to enact legislation that would allow the states to let single-occupant hybrid vehicles to use HOV lanes, is going to be heard by the Asm. Transportation Committee on Monday at 1:30 p.m. We need some folks to come to the hearing to speak on behalf of the resolution.
