Bought a 21 Prius L eco on April and put about 12k miles on it. I love saving money on gas but the seat is killing my butt. Have anyone put 19+ Camry seats on gen4 Prius? Any suggestions on aftermarket seats will be appreciated.

You could try RECARO or something similar?

I would be wary of aftermarket seats like Recaro. It will be a pain in the nice person, if you want to keep side airbag. There must a way to determine if Camry or Corolla seats could fit? Using these, we wouldn't have to worry about airbag and we could even keep OEM heated seat.

My 21 AWD doesn't have the most comfortable seats, (I have three herniated disks in my lower back) either, so I got one of those memory foam seat cushions that also massages and has heat....love that thing!!! It plugs in the cigarette lighter.

I haven't worried about checking it out seriously - but I know some have airbags. Not sure how it links with the PRIUS computer though.

Last week, I purchased this lumbar support cushion from Amazon. It took a while for me to get used to it, but now it's working great. It use an air bladder to provide support. At first, it was putting too much pressure on my lower back. So, I decided to modify it, I pierced through the air bladder and I removed some air from it. Then, I patched the hole with a bicyle repair patch.
