Navigation voice cuts out

    We have a 2023 Prius, about a month old.

    At first, there was no problem. But in the last week, this problem regularly crops up. Let's say I'm navigating somewhere while listening to Spotify. After the first few announcements of Navigation direction, the announcements STOP. Spotify will still pause from time to time when there would ordinarily be a navigation direction announced, but it's just "dead air." The onscreen navigation still works, but the vocal direction doesn't (even though there are pauses where the vocal announcements would go).

    I hope I've explained this clearly enough. Does anyone have any thoughts about what's going on?

    Try going into infotainment Settings and raise System Voice sound setting. Use Navigation sound testing available in Google Maps Navigation Settings and raise to desired level.
