I'm new to this whole chat thing, so bear with me. I have had my 2003 for 2 years now and love it. What I would like to know is if there is a navigation system for it. I keep seeing dvd based. Is there something to buy versus something being installed?

There are aftermarket portable NAV systems, such as Garmin. I don't think you will be able to install an OEM NAV that wasn't factory installed, though admittedly, it isn't as complex as the THSII version is. The DVD based is what most automotive car manufacturers use. The data is stored on a DVD, so that updates can easily be made. Just pop out the DVD out of the nav unit, and pop in a new one.
