Have 2005 with navigation with red triangle on. If I disconnect the 12V battery ground will I lose the navigation prorgram? I don't have the CD anyone know a good source if I'm going to lose program. Also need the list of gauge programs for Scan Gauge II for Gen II if anyone knows site to provide. Appreciate the help! THANKS!
There should be a box under your driver's seat that has the navigation CD in it. Move the seat all the way forward you will have access to the CD ejector. When you upgrade your nav maps you replace this CD (DVD?) So no, you will not lose your nav if you disconnect the battery. If you do a search on threads with Xgauge in the title (click the "More..." button in the search box) you will get a bunch of threads.
