For me, personally, I don't like the looks of the full kits. But I can see a pretty good market for a kit that would do just the center console covers and the smoke colored plastic parts below the radio that scratch so easily. But all of these kits require you to buy the entire kit.

Anyone know of a place where you can buy sheets of the carbon fiber material to cut and use on the cup holder covers and the hatch below the radio?

Cool! Looks like some spots got wooded that weren't on my car. Mine came from the dealer that way, I think the distributor does it:

There must be a set with more than 21. I've seen them with the trim installed on both of the center console cup holders plus a trim piece across the door. And I think the handles on the upper and lower gloves. Did you not install all of the pieces?

Wow! Looks great. Congrats! Was that a "stick on" product or replacement parts? Looks like there is a kit out there at wooddash.com that covers even more of the dash and the cup holder area... I think I like less on the dash, like yours, but then also add the cup holder....
Lastly... What color is your kit?

There are 6-7 or more different places on line where you can get these dash kits. One has a 43 pc offering I think.

I got a burled gray wood kit and yes, it is easy to do. I just wish I could get some more material because there are some other areas I would like to cover.

The dash shown at wooddash.com under the Prius section, to me, is overkill. [IMG]

Is this the one you purchased and left some out?
I don't want to "pimp my rig", but I wouldn't mind some wood highlights... No offence to kayemarschke2! I would do all but the bottom of the radio and that little storage area, personally... But... the more I look at the picture, it is growing on me!

Also, check out "Custom dipping" here: http://www.bitrim.com/combinations.htm

Interesting idea for the hard to get peices...

I agree the wood can be overdone
    but
    it can also be underdone
where it covers those 2" wide strips either side of the centre console why dont they go down an extra 3" to cover all the metal?

and the centre cupholder unit - why isnt it on the 1/2" side pieces?

Will any of them do this extra?
