My Touring 4 electronics are auto reseting

I had all of my settings where I wanted them. I trained the voice recognition system. I was finally enjoying this little machine.
Today when I started my car, the screen was oddly black for about 30 seconds and then it turned on. It automatically reset everything to default. I had to go through and change the settings and do the voice recognition training again. I thought....ok...keep calm. Probably a fluke glitch. It won't happen again.
Well, it hasn't happened again but later in the day today, just the voice recognition training was gone and it gave me the pop up to do it again. Anyone else having similar issues?
