My Head Unit didn’t power on

have a Prius 4 (2019, mm17, jbl, facelift) and I wanted to install an Android head unit (ainavi h6).

Unfortunately it didn't worked (the cables didn't fit, l even asked them before | bought it...) and I wanted to reinstall the old unit. When I wanted to start up the car didn’t turned on, the 12v were low (but it was only a very short amount of time!). I started the car then with another car, but unfortunately the head unit doesn't power on, just like it has no power at all. So I checked the fuses inside, they are okay. I checked the wiring everything was fine.

Idk what to do... if anyone can help me I would really appreciate it.
