I have been reading this forum for a while now and I finally took the time to join so that I can start to participate in this great resource. I live just outside Denver and have a 2006 Prius which I absolutely love. The acceleration can be better but where I live the alt is just over 6,000 ft I can not complain. I routinely get 42-45 MPG of mixed city and highway driving and the car is a dream to drive. I wanted to say hi to everyone and thank this place for such great information on the Prius. Bill
You've definitely come to a good place. Just don't think that every suggestion you receive is adequate; there's a lot of excellent and accurate information here, interspersed with a good dose of guessing.
Hello, I live in Highlands Ranch and bought a Prius on 5/31. So far so good, avg 49.4 MPG and I still have 3 bars on my first tank. Car drives well and has a lot of nice features for the price. Please post picture. Rocky Mountains in background mandatory. I miss that place. Unfortunately, it has gotten so sprawly and bicycle unfriendly, I missed it even when I was there to visit a few years ago.
