Please share your best mpgs I Recorded 28.8 Kmpl equivalent to 67.75MPG during a long trip This screen shot taken in traffic lights
I didn't take a picture but I've avg 72 mpg on 20 mile trip. Drove about 70 to 75 mostly free way driving. I'm losing some mpg since I have persona with 17 inch wheels.
I don't think it's with pip. I bet he lives on top of a mountain and uses elevator get back to the top.
yes, with pip, no wall plug needed. flatlander basically, but drive like an ol' lady. 609 miles on 8.6 gallons, you can see it in the spreadsheet. you do get a little better with the lion battery.
bisco - If you aren't plugging in you can be the first PIP on the PIP Top 10 list: Top 20 MPG | PriusChat
From the Top 20 post: "Only requirement is that you have driven a minimum of 500 miles and that you post a picture of your HSI display showing miles and mpg. (PiP's must include a ratio screen showing that you did not use any EV miles during that 500+ miles)" So take a couple of pictures next time you have a good tank. (I don't know what a ratio screen is, but perhaps you know of it.)
yes, it shows percent of ev and hv miles. i'm not sure why they require no ev miles, that's probably why there are no pips, why would anyone want to drive a pip without plugging in?
2015 Persona with the stock 17" wheels, return trip from Lancaster PA area, mostly back roads and rolling hills. One of my better "trips" over a distance.. 55.9 mpg over 54.5 miles
So how do you explain this post by @JayLn and it's not a pip. Corolla wheels on 205/50/17s at 78mpg. 2014 Corolla S Wheels | Page 4 | PriusChat
It's possible to get close to 100mpg with a non-PiP; if you look at the Top 20 MPG list, you'll notice No. 2 overall is bwilson4web's regular Gen 3 at 91.8 mpg. It comes down more to how you drive, not so much what you drive. One of my better tanks so far (high average speed--almost all highway miles, where the aeromods really pay off):
I can understand high mpg with oem 15 inch wheels but 17 inch wheels from another car and 17 inch tires at a different size than stock size is hard to believe at 78 mpg.
