Good day I have a battery pack from a flooded Toyota aqua and a used battery pack that had some bad modules. I am trying to make one full pack but I am running into a problem. When I charge one of the flooded module to 8.20 volts and discharge it with a 55w car bulb takes a long time to get to 7.20 volts, but when it gets to 7.20 the voltage just drops drastically. This is happening to 12 of the 20 modules from the flooded pack. I am trying to get 2 more modules from the flooded pack to complete the pack I am building. The other pack that I brought had a couple bad modules so I am using the flooded pack which came from a car with low mileage the packs are stronger. I am putting them the order of flooded module, then a module from the pack I brought, then flooded module and so forth. I need 2 high amp hour modules, which I am trying to get from the flooded pack because when I put 2 modules together from the pack brought, the amp hours are too low and when the car runs low on battery the pack gets out of balance and trigger PA080 code. In conclusion I would like to know if there is a way to revive a module that voltage drop after 7.20 volts. If not I may have to buy 2 modules.
