I wonder if this can be use on costco purchase. Costco has promotion with $10 off, total cost is $28.69.
So with this offer it will come down to $16.69.

 

Nope. Read the list of Participating Retailers. Costco is not on it.

Yes I just read it. But how come even Autozone or Advanced Auto Parts are not there.

 

You should ask the Mobil people.

 

They do this rebate promotion all the time. Although the term specifies the participating retailers, it seems they don't check it that strictly. The last time I used it, they honored a receipt from Walmart which is not on their list of participating retailer. The cost of 5 qts Mobile One at Walmart is ~$23. I got $12 rebate for it. You do a math. It's the cheapest you will find anywhere.

If you do the online rebate form with Mobile. Use the e-mail option for the rebate check. It is much quicker than the paper check option. Still took over a month to receive the check in e-mail.

 

And, if they don't give you the rebate bacause you bought it at Walmart, you can alway return it unopened to Walmart and get oil that is less expensive. I typically pick whichever of the name brand synthetics is cheapest, which varies from time to time.

 

I've taken advantage of this rebate several times with oil from Walmart. I've never had a problem even though Walmart is not on the list. Only problem is Walmart is sometimes around a dollar higher in store than online, and it's difficult to get them to match their website.

 

Can you order online and pick up in store with no delivery charge?
