I've never seen an oilpan shield on a Prius because they seem to be the first thing on the car to fall off.

Why do you want to wash under there?

I would not wash anything around the engine top or bottom.

There are 2 shields under there the front one is very important as it keeps fod from hitting the front of the condenser and damaging it and it seals input air through the grill and through the condenser the other shield is very small and just basically covers the gap from the rad to the engine. You need both shields on the car.
If you replace them do not buy the Chinese cheap junk off eBay. I bought the front one once it was a joke it came rolled up it was so thin and useless.
Buy it oem online like Olathe Toyota parts

There is no oil pan shield.
