I was trying to change the bulb in the hard to reach parking lights from stock to LED. When the LED bulb (WLED-WHP5) fell into the engine area. It did not fall out because of all the bottom being covered. Its somewhere in there under the hood.

Do you guys see any possible harm in leaving the bulb there? Could it possibly get into any part of the engine ?

I wouldn't think there would be any harm. Though it would be pretty easy to release the plastic fasteners and get it out of there. Just take care not to ruin the fasteners by yanking too hard. You might also tap from below and that might just more the bulb enough to fall out.

Here is a thread the describes how to change the oil and it covers how to open the plastic shield underneath. That should help out a bit if you have not seen it already.
