Guys, I chalked it up and installed it yesterday on my Gen 2/2007 . Remove the M14 bolts are easy, but installing the M14 bolt/compressed spring takes real hand work, it it easier to feel the bolt and tighten it by hand, then use the socket !!! I add hi-temp grease to the thread. V2 comes with rivets (Dorman style), no need for any additional tool. No driling needed. Overall, it is pricy, but it is a wild wild west out there... I did add additional protection to the screws, just to send the crook packing and move on !!! hope this helps, CC-
