i know how to bring up the service screen, and see a screen option for setting the microphone recording volume, but I don't see any way to turn down the sensitivit or adjust it in any way. There's a screen with a series of boxes, some red, but they aren't touch sensitive at all. I've gotten comments that when using my iPhone via Bluetooth that my volume is too hot.
