Michelin X-Ice 2 Winter Tires Ordered - $70 Rebate Through Saturday

I ordered a set of 15" Michelin X-Ice 2 winter tires from my local tire store, Belle Tire. I'll pick them up tomorrow and have them mounted on the stock wheels next month. Michelin has a $70 rebate through 10/22. (There may be another rebate program to follow, but who knows.) I also wanted to make sure I got the tires I wanted as I got burned in the past vehicle by shopping for winter tires too late in the season and getting ones that weren't so great.

This will be the 3rd vehicle I've used X-Ice 2 tires on, including a RWD Dodge Dakota that plowed through anything with a few hundred lbs. of weight in the back. They aren't the smoothest riding tires (I probably should have opted for the Pilot Alpins for the Lexus) but they do grip well on snow and ice.

I'm planning to store my factory tires until spring and then decide if they will go on a new set of 15" summer wheels or buy a new set of larger diameter wheels and tires.
