    Is the display off or is it no longer working please? Because normally I should also be seeing the buttons (Audio and so on....)

    Have you tried pressing the PWR button at the bottom left? You might have to hold it in for a couple of seconds.

    Thank you for your help! It seems that the fuse has burned out...Could this be caused by another more serious issue?

    If that doesn't work I'd be checking the fusebox in the glove box.

    how can we differentiate between off and not working?

    If it turns on when you press the power button, it was just off. If it doesn't, something is not working. :D
