Featured Meaning of Code on Hybrid Battery B1 and MB1

    Relates to hybrid batteries which have code B1 to B4 and MB1 to MB4 was allegedly by most of the car garage in Cambodia that it was not made in Japan and work not smoothly. And my car changed cells with much of those battery, will it cause any damage to my car. Please help advise me. thanks

    He's talking about the serial numbers printed on top of the HV battery modules. Some have the serial number and then B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, MB1 or MB2 printed after it. There is no difference between the modules. They are all the same. I've tested hundreds of each.
