2006 Prius with 180,000 miles. Drove to store all fine, When restarted Master Warning, Brakes, VSC & Hybrid system warning lights and check eng light came on. Drove home 5 miles, lights stayed on & drove fine. Have not had codes read yet. But read some on Prius chat. Any thoughts on what it could be other than the original main battery.

All the warning lights tell you that you have a problem and you need to read the trouble codes. Why even guess what the problem may be. Get the trouble codes read. If you want to purchase a very good scan tool for your Prius, consider the Autel AP200 which costs about $60 on Amazon.

I don't think the brake actuator would explain the master warning/hybrid system warnings, in most cases anyway. On the other hand, master warning/hybrid system warnings can easily explain the brake warning lights (because they will trigger C1259 / C1310 codes in the brake system).

Anyway, even without a scan tool, the brake system trouble codes are easy to get, this way: Blink (a/k/a Flash) Codes – How to. | PriusChat

If those codes turn out only to be ((!)) 58 (that is, C1259) and/or VSC 51 (C1310), that'll confirm that the next thing needed is really to get ahold of a good scan tool and find out what the hybrid system is griping about. Also the check-engine light. There are a few hybrid-system codes that may also light the check-engine light, but anyway, it will be good to find out if the ECM has any gripes.
