I have a 2007 Prius. The manual is hard to understand as it talks about two different cars==( with automatic lighting control and without automatid lighting control) How can I tell which I have? I have only had the car a few months. Thanks for any help. Mary
You are in the USA. No you don't have them. http://priuschat.com/index.php?showtopic=3...auto+headlights http://priuschat.com/index.php?showtopic=1...auto+headlights http://priuschat.com/index.php?showtopic=2...auto+headlights http://priuschat.com/index.php?showtopic=2...auto+headlights I think that should do.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(priussoris @ Apr 22 2007, 03:11 PM) </div> I believe they wait for the driver-side door to open before shutting off.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(Masnyd @ Apr 22 2007, 02:43 PM) </div> If you don't have "AUTO" on the headlight stalk, you don't have them. Since you're from the US, you probably don't have them since they're only available on Canadian cars. However, you do have AUTO-OFF so it will shut off automatically. However, it is linked to the driver's door (i.e. it'll turn off when you open the driver's door). Keep that in mind because if you exit via the passenger door, it won't turn off.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(Sufferin' Prius Envy @ Apr 22 2007, 09:22 PM) </div> I'm sure glad you mentioned this because I could sure see myself doing this at some point. I was used to having the DRL's in my Matrix (and I do miss them) so I just leave the stalk on the on position. Thanks for sharing this!
