Here's a spreadsheet compilation of 3rd Gen Prius maintenance, the US version. It's not Prius c, but I believe it's more-or-less identical:

 

I'd recommend an early first change for the transaxle fluid, say 12 months or 10K miles, whichever comes first. In my experience the drained fluid at that point was darker than subsequent drain. Subseqeuent changes can be widely spaced, just judging from the colour.

Another maintenance item not mentioned in the Toyota USA documentation is brake fluid change. Toyota Canada recommends tri-yearly or 30K miles (48K kms actually). @NutzAboutBolts does a 3rd gen video on that, not sure how well that translates to the c. It has rear drums? I've not found a Prius c Repair Manual, so not sure about DIY of that. Might be simplest to contact dealership, maybe 2 or 3.

One other thing: a full brake inspection. Every 3~4 years it's good to do. Toyota USA recommends an in-depth inspection every 3 years or 30K miles. But it's very vague, and it seems a lot of dealerships and owners kinda let that one slide.

 

I can think of one other thing to recommend: replacing the 12 volt auxiliary battery under the rear seat of a Prius C, probably every 5 years. I'm a cautious person so I got my replacement at the Toyota dealer, since there were conflicting opinions about whether the Toyota battery was special. I can confirm that I had no problems with just replacing it like any other car battery, other than losing some radio presets.

Just be sure to follow the usual 12 volt car batter replacement procedures, disconnect the negative terminal first, wrap it in cloth or paper towel to prevent accidental contact with the battery post after disconnect, and then once the new battery is connect the negative terminal last.

I think these batteries are pretty good and may well last a lot longer than 4 or 5 years. But it's a peace of mind thing, and why wait until there is a problem, etc. Do it when it's easy and non-urgent for you, as opposed to reacting to a problem or worrying low voltage readings.
