Hey all (IV and V'ers anyway) -

My lumbar support has developed an "issue" that I'm not sure is a problem or merely an undesirable characteristic. It makes "scrunching" noises, and seems to move forward in steps--this is unlike other power (or manual adjustable) L-supports I know. At the very least, it sounds cheap; worse, it makes me wonder if the mechanism might fail (at, for example, 36,007 miles..)

Anyone else notice this on theirs? Do you find it bothersome? Do you think it is any indication of later trouble, i.e. should I complain about it now rather than wait? I'd rather not have anyone tearing up the seat if it isn't necessary, but this is the sole reason I bought the IV. Thanks for your opinions.

    Tim

No scrunching here. I think you're the first to report anything like this. Congratulations! :D Seriously, sounds like something's out of whack. I would have it looked at. It's probably an easy fix and will be under warranty.
