Loud clunk over bumps

    So i have a 2010 with 155k miles... recently it has developed a loud clunk in the front end on bumps ... seeing is how the roads here in tennessee suck so bad im assuming its the struts but im jus looking for a 2nd opinion. It drives fine jus got back from a 14 hour round trip just annoying and i have no problem doing the job myself just wanna make sure before i spend the money

    it could also be suspension bushings or worn parts, but certainly the struts likely need replacing at that mileage.

    Sway bar links will cause a lot of rattles and clunks when they are worn out. Changed links on my 2010 at 149K and the rattles went away. The ends of the links were totally worn and just barely hanging on. Easy job.

    Some are easier to fix than others.
