That would mean three-person carpools would be authorized to use the toll lanes on the 10 Freeway, and two-person carpools would be authorized to use the toll lanes on the 110 Freeway. Previously, the MTA's plans had not designated whether carpoolers would be charged or not."
Is it 100% clear that our Prius with a HOV sticker qualifies? There is a difference between a car allowed in the carpool lanes and a car that is in fact carpooling. In Cali the HOV stickers expire in January 2011 anyway.
