My lock button isn't working. All doors work except the passenger door. I can lock it with my key fob but not the actual switch inside the car.

A technician said it's the rubber part in the side of the button that's worn down, but when I tried to order the part and explain to a man at the dealership I need the part he said there is no rubber part and more than likely the auto lock part isn't working . But the certified technician showed me that it's getting electricity. Does anyone knows what the rubber part is called so I can order it.

I'm not "exactly" sure here, as it's been a long while since I've been behind the parts counter at the dealership, but I'm pretty sure your just going to have to order or have installed a new door lock switch. Things like window or door lock switches generally are not repairable, but are replaced instead.

Search the forum... this is a known issue with Toyota/Lexus actuators. They suck.
